The Executive Director provides leadership and direction and is responsible for overall management and operation of the Our Lady of Peace Nursing Home (OLP).  The Executive Director is responsible for insuring compliance with established objectives and with all Local, State and Federal Nursing Home Standards.  The Executive Director is responsible for maintaining a Leadership Role, implementing the Mission, Vision, Goals, and Objectives of Ascension Health.  The incumbent makes informed recommendations regarding future development of programs designed to provide long term care services consistent with the overall institutional. Adheres to Facility Standards of Conduct and practices the Core Values of Service of the Poor, Reverence, Integrity, Wisdom, Creativity and Dedication.Represents OLP accurately and honestly.  Acts with integrity and in the best interest of OLP.  Identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action, including reporting violations of the CRP.  Adheres to Facility policy or regulations. Business relationships are conducted in the best interest of OLP, free of gifts, favors or other improper inducements.
